Our Story

Our patriarch came to the Canada in the 60’s with a suitcase, a engineering degree and a dream. The manufacturing hub of Welland recruited his talents and became home. On a modest salary with a growing family to provide for, he turned to selling fabric with his brother on weekends to supplement his income. Broadway Textiles was born.

The name Broadway came from the street the original shop was located. 50+ years later our family business still proudly services the community that gave us our start. Our quality, craft and reputation helped us navigate decades of economic changes and challenges.

Our loyal and happy customers are the real reason we exist today.
