5" Thick Qualux Q41 - Sheet

5" Thick Sheet 88"x22" - QUALUX Qualux foam is the top end upholstery foam. It features the best in structure and comfort. Used primarily for high end furniture and heavy use applications such as motorbikes, boat chairs, golf cart etc. It also features excellent fire resistance and is environmentally sensitive containing no CFC. Colour: Golden Yellow Compression rating of approx. 35-40lbs. 
USE & CARE To prolongs its use and reduces absorption of unwanted odours Poly foam should wrapped to help keep out moisture. Under typical residential use this foam will last 10-12 years. It is easy to cut using a standard electric kitchen knife. Foam can be glued to make for longer or thicker pieces (typically the denser foam is at the bottom). To attach pieces, only use Upholstery Spray Adhesive. Avoid other adhesives as they may contain acids which can deteriorate the foam. For outdoor and wet areas consider Marine Foam. PLEASE NOTE While variances are rare, a sheet range up to 2 inches in length and 1 inch in width. Items are compressed for shipping, we recommend unrolling as soon as possible. Compressed foam takes up to a week to regain its original size and shape. Allow foam to fully decompress before cutting or using in a project for best results.
